Baby B: basketweaving.

 I'll form the legal entity and consider the tax issues I'll then need to do  the trademark and copyright search and filings. I'll then need to put together your operating agreements, contracts and the like. Then we'll need to find space and negotiate a lease. We'll then need to do an employee manual and pension plan so that we can do the hiring and firing. Sounds easy.
